Initial subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date if you have not extensively utilized platform resources (e.g., executing high compute workloads). Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless a cancellation request was processed prior to the billing cycle.
Enterprise and Custom setups, as well as distinct API usage credits, are non-refundable once consumed.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order confirmation and a clear explanation of your reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, such as Paddle or Duitku, typically within 5-10 business days.
